2nd BLOCKING

Responsibilities:

Block hat by sizes, place hat body into machine and press. Pull matching crown and brim clocking flange, take hat out of machine and write size inside of hat, stack hats for each work ticket when completed and place on work table for welts sew stacks of hats consist of 1-180 per stack and weight up to 5lbs.

Requirements:

Able to read numbers, read measurements, and tickets.

Physical Demands:

Bending, stooping, lift up to 10LBS, pulling, standing, and twisting.
